Unified digital experience for premium co-working members


We build a mobile app and responsive web portal that unified Convene's entire member experience. It replaced fragmented booking systems with intuitive interfaces, reduced office manager dependency, and showcased Convene's premium aesthetic, while putting everything at members' fingertips.

    As senior UX/UI designer at Fuzz Productions, I conducted stakeholder workshops, on-site user research, and iterative testing, I designed and delivered both a mobile workplace app (iOS/Android)



    Overview and approachMembers juggled 4+ disconnected systems to book rooms and register visitors, which made last-minute bookings nearly impossible and forced over-reliance on office managers, ultimately undermining Convene's premium brand. Through an 8-week design sprint with stakeholder workshops, feature prioritization, and 7 rounds of user testing, we created an iterative approach that led to a unified digital solution that balanced member needs with business objectives.

    Mobile Workplace App

    On-the-go companion for immediate workspace needs, including room booking, visitor management, and community discovery in members' pockets.

    One-tap room booking

    Instant availability and effortless booking. Members scroll available rooms on the home screen or filter by floor. One tap reserves the space, with confirmations surfaced on their dashboard to maximize Convene's unused inventory while eliminating booking friction.


    Streamlined visitor registration

    Three-step flow replaces complex paperwork. Members add visitor details (or select saved contacts), customize building notes, and set notifications, transforming a frustrating admin task into a 30-second experience.
    Rounding out the member experience

    Additionally, we introduced an events calendar that showed events happening at the member’s Convene location to encourage community building. Simplified settings enable quick notification updates, location switching, and workplace info access—putting full control in members' hands.


    Desktop portal for members

    Comprehensive command center for full workspace management. Members get complete activity overview including upcoming reservations, visitor schedules, and account control in one responsive dashboard.
    Personalized onboarding

    Personalized first impression through guided account setup. Minimal design showcases Convene's stunning interior photography while communicating brand value, turning new member setup into a brand experience.

    The outcome

    Launched Fall 2019, transforming fragmented workflows into members' digital passport to everything Convene. The unified platforms delivered member self-sufficiency through intuitive interfaces, reduced operational pressure on office managers, maximized space utilization via streamlined booking, and enhanced community building through event visibility. The outcome was a cohesive digital experience that elevated Convene's premium brand while solving core operational challenges.
